The Law Offices of Kelly McKenna-Cournoyer are based in Providence, Rhode Island.  We serve clients anywhere that they are in the United States. Our firm will assist you in applying for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and / or Supplemental Security Income Disability (SSI or SSID) benefits. ABOUT KELLY

Attorney Kelly McKenna-Cournoyer is a 1992 graduate of Boston College Law School. She has dedicated her legal career to representing her clients and helping them to obtain disability benefits before the Social Security Administration. With more than 30 years experience, Attorney Kelly McKenna-Cournoyer has represented more than 15,000 individuals at their hearings before Administrative Law Judges in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. During her legal career, Kelly has provided extensive training and mentoring to other attorneys in the Rhode Island area. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.


In addition, Attorney Kelly McKenna-Cournoyer has been a member of The National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives since 1998, an organization dedicated to providing continuing education to its members on the current issues affecting the disability population. Kelly is intimately familiar with the reality that applying for Social Security benefits can be a very scary process during a difficult time in one's life. Thus, she is dedicated to making this process as simple and comfortable for her clients as possible.
